-Editor of The Mycotoxin Blue Book – Nottingham University Press(2005). This book is widely considered as an important reference in the subject selling over 5,000 copies and being translated to Chinese and Russian.
-I have traveled extensively to over 40 countries conducting workshops, giving presentations to producer groups and agribusiness professionals, and participating as an area expert consultant.
